SST Card Issuance

Safety Advisory is a NYC DOB Approved Site Safety Training Provider and will be authorized to issue the mandated Temporary, Limited, Worker, and Supervisor SST Cards. Safety Advisory can issue your SST Card regardless of where you completed your training*.

Please update all your information in the SST Card Tracker app with the same log-in information you used to signup for the course.
If you’ve completed ALL your Safety Training at Safety Adisory within the last five years, contact us to complete your submission once you have updated your information.
If you’ve completed some or all of your training with a provider other than Safety Advisory, you must submit a copy of your course completion certificates or cards along with the completed form. Documents must be in either PDF or JPG format and cannot exceed a total of 10MB. Email all materials to info@safetyadvisory.com

Processing time to verify training taken with a provider other than Safety Advisory may vary.
*All training must be verified prior to SST Card issuance.

Prior to issuing an SST Card, the DOB requires providers to verify an applicant’s identity through a point system.

Local Law 196 (LL196) mandates that any online training completed on or after October 17, 2017, be actively proctored.
